'Charlie' Tench is yet another of Rob's many eccentric characters. He is an octogenarian Brighton raconteur and former naval officer. His wayfaring days have long passed. Today he runs a little antiquarian bookshop in the heart of the Lanes. When he is not musing over his many dusty tomes he takes much delight expounding on the many paranormal goings-on in the area.
Charlie will make an appearance once more, come the autumn, at a number of venues where he will be telling Ghostly Tales by Candlelight.
Make a date to join Charlie as he reveals the mysteries behind a strange array of artifacts that relate to his spine-chilling tales. These include a rusty meat cleaver, an ancient skull, a blood-stained iron poker, a pirate's treasure chest and a box containing something of unimaginable horror!
